OUTSIDE THE U.S. 48
We’re happy to get you shipping quotes for delivery to your door in Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas. And then you can choose the option that works best for you. That cost is then added to your order.
Start by sending us a brief e-mail containing your shipping address and the item(s) of interest.
Process: We bring your rug ready to ship to FedEx, UPS, or other major carrier and provide them your account number to cover all costs of overseas shipping and any related duties, taxes, and special charges applied by your home country. Before finalizing your order with us, please contact your country's Customs Department.
An overseas retailer or institutional purchaser? We’re happy to send you our price sheet and process for direct shipments from India to you. Thank you.
Sample Squares — Free Within US 48 states When Returned
Sample rugs are returnable within 2-3 weeks for a full refund of your deposit. Just follow these steps:
(1) use the package you received the sample(s) in, (2) attach the enclosed pre-paid USPS label to the outside of the package, (3) insert the sample rug (just as it came to you), (4) tightly close and tape the package, and (5) give it to the carrier. Once we receive the sample in the same shape we sent it to you, we refund your money. We require deposits for samples to increase their return to us. This increases re-use and reduces waste. Thank you.
Returns & Refunds — Within the First 60 Days
We appreciate the opportunity to serve you. Within the first 60 days of the arrival of your rug, if you are not 100% satisfied, please call 203-212-6238 or e-mail us. We are based in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
If your order is correct, but you are not satisfied …
We accept approved returns, as follows:
If you are not satisfied with your eye heart hand rug, e-mail us within sixty (60) calendar days of receiving your rug.
If the item is defective and/or is not what you ordered, we are happy to resolve this with you.
If the item is not defective, but just not what you wished for (e.g., color), you will be responsible for arranging return shipment to us. A simple way to know exactly the color, weight, and feel of our rugs? Just order a sample square.
The returned good(s) must be in the original packaging material or something equivalent and RMA# must be on the outside of the package and postage/freight pre-paid by you. We cannot accept COD returns.
For the return of a non-defective rug, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and the cost of return postage/freight.
